Having taken over the business in 2021 after being the manager since Belle's Kitchen's opening, you can find Brigid involved in every element of the business. When she (occasionally) gives herself a well-deserved day off, you can find her with her JC Le Roux in hand or creating a staple of her South African childhood: Milk Tart!

Front of House
Sarah joined the team in 2021 having already been part of the belles kitchen family. She loves coming in to both brag about and escape her kids and husband, ready to tempt you with all the naughty delights we have on the bar that day. With an infectious bubbly charm, Sarah will give you the friendly belles kitchen experience when you settle in with a hot drink in a comfy armchair.

Lottie has been a part of the team since Belle's opened in 2018. Now living in Lincoln after university there, Lottie provides occasional techy help from afar but whenever she is back in Gloucestershire you will find her hugging our coffee machine and nattering with our wonderful customers!
Belle
Not just a cook
The namesake of the business, Belle has 'technically' retired, but when she isn't holidaying or catching up with friends over a nice bottle of Chardonnay, you can find her whipping up some delicious homecooked goodies with a cup of coffee in hand.
